Improve Body Image and Harmonize Life the Natural Way

Everybody will forever be on the lookout for information on how to improve body image. This is because obesity shall always be linked to low self-esteem, and no overweight person will claim that they are happy with themselves. Nobody understands this more than the life coach and self-esteem specialist Laura Fenamore. She triumphed over her weight problems and shed over 100 pounds two decades ago. Her success is compounded by the fact that she has kept this weight off and continues to live a fulfilled and healthy life.

Fenamore believes that our own body image perception influences our actual appearance in a major way. She has developed the program Body Image Mastery with a higher goal of somewhat making a dent on America’s serious problem of obesity by encouraging people to look within themselves for the answers to their weight concerns. Her technique is very basic in that it involves a person’s mental involvement to improve body image.

Fenamore’s teachings run parallel to the very famous law of attraction concept, which asserts that we are the master of our own mind and body and we are capable of achieving anything that is within our control if we just set our mind to it. While this may sound simple enough, a lot of people fail to put it into practice and Fenamore’s body image program will help people make sense of this theory, apply it in their lives and ultimately reap its benefits.

The way to improve body image is through freeing the mind of all its limiting thoughts, giving back to the person their control over their bodies and whatever problems it may be encountering. Obese people have a lot of this limiting thoughts that need to be purged. To start with, they have a very poor image of themselves… to a point where they actually hate themselves. Having this mentality traps them more to their weight problem, aggravating it and running the risk of developing several health issues. Fenamore will help obese people learn to love themselves first as they are, then move forward from there. Loving one’s body is a feeling that is only prevalent with healthy and fit individuals and so they are able to maintain their healthy lifestyle. This love of one’s body is the incentive or motivation to improve body image. If an obese individual can accept their situation and still be able to love themselves, then they are on the way to recovery as they will be more inclined to envision their bodies without the excess weight. Once they have established a clear visualization of the body image they wish to achieve then they can start working on achieving it fast.

Body Image Mastery is Laura Fenamore’s best creation yet (her own words). Body Image Mastery is a 12-week course with weekly tele-seminars and personal coaching from Laura Fenamore herself!
