Continuing where you left off in the previous lesson you are going to be addressing negative self-talk in week 5.

Whether you know it or not, negative self talk is one of the direct causes of you having a body that you are not satisfied with.

People that are unhappy with themselves usually hold some type of grudge whether it be with themselves or with others.

This pain, resentment and inability to forgive yourself and others can often times manifest itself onto your body as excess energy or weight.

The “issues are in our tissues” and if we do not heal them and release them, they stay. Just think of all the energy and physical health you will have when you release some of the emotional baggage.

In this chapter we will review the summarize chapters and check in about where you are at this point in the process.

Week #10: Celebrating Your Movement And Form

Listen, your body was designed to move. There is just no question about it.
You are in a body which is your home. You came out of womb, kicking and moving. Our bodies are meant to move.
Your body may not be functioning to its optimal and that can improve and change. The more you love your body through movement, the more it will love and honor you back.
